Flora enables you to set flexible reminders for emails, ensuring they resurface precisely when you need them.

  1. Simple Snooze Options:
    When viewing an email, you'll find intuitive snooze options that allow you to quickly defer it.

    • Preset Times: Choose from common snooze periods like "Later Today," "Tomorrow Morning," "Next Week," or "This Weekend."

    • Custom Date and Time: Select a specific date and time for the email to reappear in your inbox. This can be done via a calendar picker or by simply telling Flora (e.g., "Snooze this email until next Tuesday at 2 PM").

  2. Flora's Intelligent Re-delivery:
    Once snoozed, the email will be moved out of your primary inbox view. When the selected date and time arrives, Flora will intelligently bring the email back to the top of your inbox, making it visible and actionable again.

    • Inbox Reappearance: The email will reappear in your inbox as if it were a new, unread message, ensuring it catches your attention.

    • Notification Reminders: Depending on your notification preferences (including WhatsApp Notifications), Flora can also send you an alert when a snoozed email resurfaces, guaranteeing you don't miss its re-delivery.

  3. Accessing Snoozed Emails:
    You can always view and manage your snoozed emails in a dedicated "Snoozed" section or folder within Dearflow, allowing you to unsnooze or modify their return time if needed.
