How to Compose a New Email

You have two primary, intuitive methods for drafting new emails in Dearflow:

1. Manual Composition: Your Direct Approach

For those who prefer a traditional writing experience, you can simply open a new email window and type your message directly. This method offers complete freedom for crafting your message from scratch.

2. AI-Powered Composition: Let Flora Do the Drafting

Leverage Flora's advanced AI to significantly speed up your email composition process. This is ideal when you have a general idea but want Flora to handle the initial drafting.

  • Provide an Idea to Flora: Simply tell Flora the purpose of your email or the key points you want to convey. You can do this through the dedicated AI chat interface or by initiating a new email and providing a prompt.

    • Example Prompts:

      • "Flora, draft an email to the team about the upcoming project deadline."

      • "Write an email to a client thanking them for their business."

      • "I need an email to John about rescheduling our meeting to next week."
